Why beekeeping events use it

Schedules attendees actually use

Full program with tracks and speakers, from bee school breakouts to the honey show. Attendees star their talks and get a personal agenda with reminders before each one.

A map that answers “where do I go?”

Every session links to your floor plan with the room highlighted. No more hunting for signage.

No app store, no downloads

It opens from a QR code and installs to the home screen in two taps. Works offline once loaded, so spotty venue Wi-Fi is fine.

Last-minute changes, handled

Room swap? Cancelled talk? Edit once and phones pick it up within minutes of having signal; until then, attendees keep working from their saved copy.

Every talk has a shareable link

Post sessions straight to social media, with speaker photos and descriptions. Links survive room and time changes, and attendees can star a talk right from one.

Printables included

A QR flyer for the registration desk and a print-ready schedule, generated from the same data. No parallel spreadsheet to maintain.

How it works

  1. 1

    Sign up with your email

No passwords; we send you a sign-in link and you're building in under a minute.

  2. 2

    Build your event

Import your schedule from a spreadsheet, upload a floor-plan image, and draw your rooms on it. We review and approve new events before they go live.

  3. 3

    Print the QR flyer

Attendees scan it once and carry the whole conference in their pocket.

What does it cost? Nothing.

We provide the app free to conferences in exchange for a small sponsor slot on your event's welcome screen and a line at the bottom of the printed QR flyer. That's the whole deal. Attendees never create accounts, and we never see your attendee list.
