Support
HiveConf is run by a small team, so you’ll be talking to a person rather than a ticket queue. Most messages get an answer within a business day, and faster during a conference that’s actually running.

What to tell us
You're organizing a conference
Anything about building your event, buying an add-on, going live, or a change that didn't show up on attendees' phones.
Send the event's web address and, if it's about a specific session, the link to that talk.
You're listed as a speaker or vendor
Your listing is wrong, you'd like it corrected, or you'd like it taken down. You don't need an account and you don't need the organizer's permission to ask.
Send the link to your listing and what you'd like it to say instead.
You're attending
The schedule won't load, reminders aren't arriving, or the map isn't showing your room. Worth trying once on a good connection first — the app keeps working offline from its saved copy, which can hide a stale download.
Tell us the conference, your phone, and roughly when it happened.
Taking your listing down
If you’re a vendor or speaker listed on a conference and you’d rather not be, write to us and we’ll remove the listing. We don’t require a reason, an account, or the organizer’s sign-off, and we’ll confirm when it’s done. The same goes for a description of your business that doesn’t read the way you’d write it — see how we handle listing information.
Connecting an AI assistant
Organizers can connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another assistant to an approved event and have it do the data entry. It shows you a plan and waits for your yes before saving, never emails anyone on its own, and never makes an event public. Setup lives on your event’s admin page. It is free while in preview and will become a paid feature — we’ll say so well before that happens.
One thing to plan around: while it’s in preview, treat it as something that may simply not be there. It’s the heaviest thing on our servers and it shares them with conferences running that day, so we’ll switch it off without notice if it puts one at risk. Nothing you’ve already saved is affected, and every change an assistant makes can also be made by hand in the admin pages — so don’t let it be the only way you can hit a deadline.
