The whole app is free. Here’s the catch.
There isn’t much of one. Every HiveConf event carries a small sponsor placement, and that is what pays for the platform. No trial, no per-attendee fee, no tier that quietly withholds the part you actually needed. If a sponsor placement is the wrong note for your conference, you can buy it out. Everything below is optional, one time, and for a single event.

Send us the conference you've already built — the spreadsheet, the printed program, the vendor PDF, the page on your website — and we enter the whole thing. You get back a finished event, in your colors, with nothing commercial on it. From there it's yours to run: the last few things are the ones only you can do, like drawing your rooms on the floor plan, and every change after that is yours to make.

The sponsor placement becomes yours
Every HiveConf event carries a sponsor placement that helps pay for the platform. Take the seat and that space is yours instead: give it to a headline sponsor of your choosing, or run your own banners in it. It is the first thing every attendee sees when they open the app, and it stays with them all weekend.

Sponsoring a conference, not running one?
Then this is the spot you want. It’s the first thing every attendee sees when they open the app, it stays in front of them all weekend, and it’s on the printed flyer at the registration desk.
Most events haven’t claimed it yet. Ask the organizer whether their conference has the premium seat, and whether you can have it.
Running something small?
A county club field day is not a state convention. The whole app is free and always will be, so a small club needs none of this. But if the premium seat is the piece you want and the number is wrong for your size, get in touch and tell us what you’re putting on. That one we can move.
Refunds
Two of these are made for you, and those stay refundable until we start making them. The other two are refundable while you haven’t used them.
- Turnkey setup. Refundable in full until you send us your first file.
- Premium seat. Refundable within 14 days, as long as no sponsor or banner has run on your event.
- No sponsor placements. Refundable within 14 days, as long as the placements are still showing on your event.
- Custom theme. Refundable in full until you confirm your logo and we build your first set of palettes.
We ask you to confirm before anything that ends a refund window, so it never happens by accident. The terms say the same thing in longer words.
Put your schedule in, and you’re done
Your event stays hidden until you publish it, so you can build the whole thing in private and change your mind as often as you like. Nothing is charged to see how it turns out.
Payments are handled by Stripe; HiveConf never sees your card details. Prices are in US dollars and cover one event.
