其实没什么条件。每个 HiveConf 活动都会带一个小小的赞助商位置，平台就靠它维持运转。没有试用期，不按参会者收费，也没有悄悄扣下您真正需要的功能的套餐。如果赞助商位置不适合您的会议，您可以买断去除。下面所有内容都是可选的，一次性付费，仅限单场活动。

为什么免费。我们并不做软件生意。Ozark Bee Barn 销售养蜂用品，正在寻找新的批发供货对象，而您大会上的参展商正是这样的企业。按常规方式接触他们，就得付钱请销售代表去本地区每一场展会上跑，而您的俱乐部要么出钱买大会应用，要么干脆不用。这样一来，这两笔开销都不存在了。没有参会人数上限，没有试用期限，上面列出的功能也一项都不会被保留。

A weekend of typing, done for you
Send us the conference you've already built — the spreadsheet, the printed program, the vendor PDF, the page on your website — and we enter the whole thing. You get back a finished event, in your colors, with nothing commercial on it. From there it's yours to run: the last few things are the ones only you can do, like drawing your rooms on the floor plan, and every change after that is yours to make.

Removes the sponsor placement from your event's screens and printouts, and puts nothing in its place. For conferences where any advertising is the wrong note — a memorial lecture, a church or school event, a grant-funded program.

Send your logo and we build five palettes from it, each checked for contrast so the app stays readable in bright sun and in dark mode. Pick the one you like and your event wears it — welcome screen, schedule, map, and printed pages.

The sponsor placement becomes yours
Every HiveConf event carries a sponsor placement that helps pay for the platform. Take the seat and that space is yours instead: give it to a headline sponsor of your choosing, or run your own banners in it. It is the first thing every attendee sees when they open the app, and it stays with them all weekend.

是赞助大会，而不是举办大会？
那这个位置正适合您。每位参会者打开应用时首先看到的就是它，整个周末都会停留在他们眼前，印刷传单上也有它，就放在签到台。
大多数活动还没有人认领。请询问主办方，他们的大会是否设有高级席位，以及您能否获得。
举办的活动规模不大？
县级俱乐部的户外活动日不同于州级大会。整个应用都是免费的，所以小型俱乐部用不上这些。但如果您想要的是高级席位，而价格与您的规模不符，请联系我们，告诉我们您要举办什么活动。这一项我们可以调整。
退款
其中两项是为您定制的，在我们开始制作之前都可以退款。另外两项在您尚未使用时可以退款。
- Turnkey setup。 Refundable in full until you send us your first file.
- Premium seat。 Refundable within 14 days, as long as no sponsor or banner has run on your event.
- No sponsor placements。 Refundable within 14 days, as long as the placements are still showing on your event.
- Custom theme。 Refundable in full until you confirm your logo and we build your first set of palettes.
